  • We guarantee all our products to be free from manufacturing defects and will replace any defective device, with normal wear and tear, for a full year from the date of purchase.
  • For replacements or exchanges due to manufacturing defects, you never pay the cost of shipping, even for international orders. We want to make sure you are 100% satisfied with your purchase.
  • Extended warranties can be purchased to extend your coverage for an additional two years (3 years total). Contact our customer service center for more information on extended warranties at 1-800-593-5468.

Exchanges

  • We are happy to replace items that are defective or damaged within your warranty period, free of charge. That includes free shipping both ways for all countries.
  • For international exchanges unrelated to warranty (e.g. changed mind, ordered the wrong size), shipping is paid for by you. Please see our MusicGlove sizing chart to ensure your most accurate fit.

Returns

  • Returns initiated within 30 days of delivery qualify for a full refund.
  • Return shipping is free within the continental US. For international orders (plus Hawaii and Alaska), you pay the return shipping.
  • Once your device arrives in our facility in like-new condition, your refund will be processed. It may take up to 3-5 days for the refund to show on your credit card or other method of payment.
  • If the item is not in like-new condition, there is a $99.99 restocking fee (rare).
